This is a mini-course than can be delivered as a 6 week unit with 3 lessons each week, but you’re in charge so you can change the pace for your kiddo.
- Each lesson will take between 20-45 minutes – short enough to keep your child engaged, but long enough to be learning powerful science!
- Each lesson has either a video or activity to so students get a chance to see science in action.
- This unit includes a workbook with accompanying work for each video/activity lesson. This isn’t boring book work. These are a variety of extension activities to help reinforce what they are learning while also building important skills in critical thinking, note taking, and applying what they are learning.
- This unit has a few hands-on labs, but I’ve also included video if you need some additional support.
- This unit does discuss climate change and the impact that human dependence on fossil fuels has had on the carbon cycle.
