Accessibility Statement

The Learning Hypothesis is committed to making this website and my teaching resources usable by as many educators and students as possible, including people with disabilities.

My goal

I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This website was rebuilt in [month year] with accessibility in mind, including readable fonts, strong color contrast, descriptive image text, clear headings, and full keyboard navigation.

Teaching resources

I’m working to make my downloadable resources accessible, starting with my most popular products and free resources. Newer and updated files include real, selectable text, tagged headings, and alt text for images. Some older resources may not yet fully meet these standards.

Known limitations

  • Some older PDF resources are still being updated.
  • Some resources are designed as printables, and certain visual or hands-on activities may need adapting for some students.

Need something in another format?

If you have trouble using this site or any of my resources, or you need a resource in a different format for a student, please contact me:

Email: kim@learninghypothesis@gmail.com

I’ll do my best to respond within [3 business days] and to provide an accessible alternative where possible.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. I review this site regularly and welcome feedback on how I can improve.
